As the sun shine and the summer breeze comes, I remember this Grilled Cucumber salad. I love when the seasons cross, the last of one, and the beginning of the new one.
I used preserved cucumbers, grilled over a super hot pan only for one side. Mix it with some Crispy Lettuce, and dressed with Olive Oil, Kombu Seaweed Vinegar, salt and pepper. Topped with Dried Seaweed, Cacao Nibs and fresh grated horseradish.
